We are growing! This permanent part-time position offers flexible morning work hours in our team-oriented Bozeman physical therapy office. The ideal candidate will be able to start working at 7:15am Monday thru Friday. Endtime is flexible. 15-20 hours per week. We also offer Monday late afternoon hours from 4-6pm if desired.
JOB SUMMARY: Front Office Assistant responsibilities include excellent patient relations with a focus on outstanding customer service. This includes welcoming patients, registration, collecting payments, answering phones, scheduling patients, conducting insurance verification and coordination, preparing patient charts and documents, laundry, filing and other assigned projects or tasks. Wage is DOE with a starting range of $10-11/hr. BENEFITS Include: PTO, paid holidays and Profit Sharing.
QUALIFICATIONS: excellent communication skills, attention to detail, data entry, multi-tasking, computer literacy, office machines, general office and ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
