We all had fun sharing the latest running injury prevention information and tips. We also enjoyed giving away BRC’s running shoes & fittings, hats, socks, Damian Stoy’s private ChiRunning Lesson, coffee tumblers & free coffee from Excel PT, and a running injury screen appointment with Jason Lunden, DPT, SCS.
