Jason Lunden, DPT, SCS will cover the top 5 overuse injuries in runners.   Tips on self cares to do if you get injured, and exercises & training strategies to prevent injury will be discussed.  This presentation is for the Bozeman Running Company’s 5k & 10K training group and other runners in the community are invited.
