We are lucky in Bozeman, Montana to have enough space to continue walking, running, biking and skiing, at safe social distances, outside. That said, our ability to perform outdoor sports and activities can always be improved through exercises that can be done at home. Use this time to make a lasting habit of core exercise, sport-specific drills or body maintenance work (think foam rolling).
