Injury Talk – Want to learn more about common climbing injuries & actively manage the situation? Don’t miss out on these quarterly presentations from an Excel Physical Therapy Climbing Lab PT. We’ll tackle some of the more common climbing injuries while discussing rehab, injury mitigation, training considerations, & the most important question of all: “Can I keep climbing?”
Injury Screening – Free 15-minute injury consultations with a doctor of physical therapy from Excel Physical Therapy.
Strength Assessment – Free assessment of specific climbing strength performance metrics: max finger strength, finger contact strength, critical force, & finger strength endurance. See where you measure up, areas that might need attention, & assess your training. Stop guessing & start assessing.
Thank you to the Running Injury Prevention Seminar presenters at the recent @ExcelPTMT Community Education Series talk Friday May, 17, 2013 at the #Bozeman Library.
#BozemanRunningCompany and #WholisticRunning along with #ExcelPTMT’s Jason Lunden all provided a fun and info-packed evening to a great crowd in the Community Room.
We all had fun sharing the latest running injury prevention information and tips. We also enjoyed giving away BRC’s running shoes & fittings, hats, socks, Damian Stoy’s private ChiRunning Lesson, coffee tumblers & free coffee from Excel PT, and a running injury screen appointment with Jason Lunden, DPT, SCS.

Hurting from your recent run or favorite sports activity? Jason Lunden, DPT, Sports Clinical Specialist, will be performing injury screens at the Bozeman Running Company on Monday, June 20th from 6-7pm. Bozeman Running Company is located at 448 E Main St # 1A in Downtown Bozeman – free and open to the public.
Happy New Year from all of us @ Excel PT! Our team is excited to announce several new community service options for you to learn more about physical therapy in 2011. Take advantage of our advanced training and let us show you how Expertise Matters with complimentary “Ask Our PT” and “PT Consult” service offerings. If you have a question about a pain issue you have and aren’t sure what to do about it, feel free to post your question here or via firstname.lastname@example.org. David, Jeff, Amy or Jason will post their prompt answer to your specific question on our blog. We are calling this new community service offering, “Ask Our PT”.
We are also pleased to announce another new community service called “PT Consult”. This is a complimentary 15 minute office visit with a member of our PT team who will listen to your pain or injury issue and provide you with your treatment options, home remedy opportunities or perhaps a referral to a specialist doctor for further investigation. This is a great starting point for you to gather information and get a game plan in place for better health and movement. Call either our Bozeman or Manhattan offices to schedule your complimentary PT Consult appointment. PT Consults are available to our patient alumni, new patients and existing patients who are seeking help for a new issue. Due to our existing patient appointments, there are a limited number of PT Consult appointments available per Excel PT Team Member per week. Please mention “PT Consult” when scheduling our appointment at either of our Bozeman or Manhattan offices.
"What a great team at Manhattan! So enthusiastic and very caring. Always varied the exercises - Never boring. Wonderful experience!"--P.L., Manhattan Patient
