“Todd at Excel helped me get my elbows back to a much more functional state. I had pretty bad elbow pain caused by over-training and overuse. The pain had gotten steadily worse over the course of a couple years and I couldn't seem to get passed it myself. I tried steroid shots, ice/heat routines, stretching, etc. and nothing was getting a handle on it. Todd did exactly what I needed. He evaluated my problem and set up a progressive physical therapy routine that I could do at home on my own time. Over the course of several months, my forearms and tendons in my elbows got stronger and the pain subsided. I went from having trouble even turning a door knob without sharp, debilitating pain to being able to lift weights and work out like I wanted to, again. Todd did a great job hearing my story, evaluating my problem, creating a program that worked for my lifestyle, and seeing it through to get me to a place that I'm comfortable with.
