What to Expect at Your Appointment?

Your visit will begin with a thorough history by your physical therapist to fully understand your current issues and goals for PT, followed by a comprehensive orthopedic exam. If indicated, your providers are trained to then perform external and internal pelvic floor assessments.

They will then create tailored treatments specific to your concerns and issues, which can include a personalized home exercise plan and pain-relieving tools and modalities.

At the conclusion of the initial evaluation, a treatment plan for future appointments will be discussed with the patient.
