Doctor of Physical Therapy

Originally from Hailey, Idaho, Evan’s initial connection to Bozeman was as an undergraduate student at Montana State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah. Alongside treating patients full time in the clinic, Evan is currently completing an orthopedic residency through Excel Physical Therapy and the Jackson Clinics to further his knowledge and expertise in treating a wide array of orthopedic conditions.

Evan emphasizes a biopsychosocial approach to care, considering the multifactorial nature of pain and providing actionable steps to improve each person’s wellbeing. He emphasizes using movement and exercise to empower his patients to build confidence and resilience in their bodies, while also utilizing other therapies/techniques for pain management. Outside of the clinic, Evan volunteers with the Eagle Mount adaptive recreation program and is committed to sharing his passion for outdoor recreation. When not working or volunteering, you can find Evan riding his mountain or motor bike on the many trails surrounding Bozeman or cruising down the slopes of Bridger Bowl.
