Here at Excel Physical Therapy, our mission is to provide our patients with excellence in physical therapy. Our patient’s satisfaction is the foundation of our practice.
When patients are discharged from treatment, we provide our patients with a postage-paid survey card to return to our office so we can learn about/from their experience. We are adding a layer of fun and community awareness to this feedback effort! This month thru August 2, 2016, we are entering all patients who return their survey cards into a raffle. Patients who are still in treatment and haven’t received a survey card yet, can still enter the raffle by posting an online testimonial at one of our Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, Google or Home pages.
Community Spotlight: Excel Physical Therapy is proud to support the Gallatin Valley Land Trust and these cool trucker hats are being eyed by our entire team. We are saving them for our raffle winner and hopefully, he or she and a guest will wear them to the Bozeman’s famed Sweet Pea Festival for some shade and a shoutout to the awesome GVLT!
